My wife and I highly recommend Apex Air to anyone considering a Mitsubishi mini split heat pump—or needing help with one. Last Friday, Apex repaired the water pump on our two-year-old unit. Our technician, Miguel Salamanca, was incredibly professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the part delay, and assured us it would be fixed before the heat ramped up. He delivered exactly as promised: prompt, organized, and efficient—the pump was replaced within an hour. We’ve worked with Miguel before, and his familiarity with our system made a real difference. He patiently answered every question, explained how the system worked, and left his number in case we needed anything. That came in handy. A few days later, late on a Monday evening, a related issue came up. We messaged Miguel, and he immediately got on a call with us to troubleshoot. After realizing the issue was beyond what we could handle ourselves, he made a house call that same evening. Less than an hour after we reached out, he was at our home, diagnosed the problem, and got it resolved. He also explained what had caused it, and what to do if it ever happened again. Apex Air stands out for its skilled, dependable, and truly committed team. Miguel exemplifies that standard. From the initial visit with Brandon to get an estimate, to the installation bt Bob's crew, to the post installation walk through everything was perfect! Brandon was very accommodating and professional. The technicians who did the installation, Seth & David, were extremely professional. They arrived on time and finished when they said.
